THORNTON, CO – On Saturday, Manny Rutinel’s campaign held a Day of Action canvass launch, joined by Colorado Attorney General and Democratic Gubernatorial Nominee Phil Weiser.
Rutinel and Weiser emphasized the competitiveness of the race, especially as Election Day nears. After the kickoff, volunteers spread throughout the district to knock doors and have conversations with 8th District voters about Rutinel’s plan to restore health care access, stop corruption, and fight for working families.
In stressing how important knocking on doors and talking to their fellow Coloradans, Rutinel added: “the folks you’re going to be knocking on the doors of today, they’re going to decide whether we stay on the direction of Donald Trump and Gabe Evans, the chaos, the cruelty, the lawlessness. But we have an opportunity to turn a new path forward.”
